In the first week of March 2026, Mr. Trieu Tai Phong - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation (Head of the working delegation of Election Committee No. 13) had a working session with Meo Vac, Dong Van and Lung Cu communes on the preparation for the election of National Assembly Deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels, term 2026 – 2031.
Through inspection of dossiers, documents and actual inspection in some voting areas, the working group noted that the leadership and direction of the Party committees, authorities and Election Committees of communes were implemented early, closely following the plan of the Provincial Election Committee and guiding documents of higher levels.
Election organizations in charge of elections such as the Election Commission, Election Board, Election Team and Sub-committees assisting are established on time as prescribed by law, personnel consolidation and supplementation are carried out promptly, ensuring continuous and effective operation.
The process of consultation, introduction and listing of candidates for the People's Council of the commune has been fully implemented; the work of receiving and managing candidate dossiers has been carried out strictly, and no complaints or denunciations related to candidates have arisen.
Propaganda work is deployed diversely, creating a joyful and excited atmosphere among the people towards the big festival.
Mr. Trieu Tai Phong acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactive and serious spirit of the Party committees, authorities and Election Committees of communes in implementing tasks.
The Chairman of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation requested communes to continue to focus highly, not be subjective or negligent, and strengthen the review and revision of voter lists until close to election day.
At the same time, complete the listing of official candidate lists, voter lists, voting room regulations, election rules in accordance with regulations, maintain good information and reporting regimes according to regulations, promptly reflect difficulties and obstacles for guidance and resolution.
For many days, working groups of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation have propagated and disseminated the basic contents of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies; the rights and obligations of voters, the meaning and importance of the election.
Thereby contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of union members, workers, and laborers in participating in elections, promoting the people's right to mastery, and selecting typical delegates, representing the will and aspirations of the people.
This year, Tuyen Quang Provincial Labor Federation has 3 full-time trade union officials participating in the election of delegates to Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Council term XX, term 2026 - 2031, including Mr. Trieu Tai Phong - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Mr. Ha Van Vy - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and Ms. Hoang Hai Yen - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee.
At pre-election TXCT meetings, through their action programs, candidates show their personal determination to be bridges with voters and workers, advising on building and perfecting institutions and policies to improve the quality of health, education, and human resources... if elected as provincial People's Council deputies.
