On May 28, the grassroots Trade Union of Ty Bach Co., Ltd. (Vinh Long province) coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize a ceremony to admit trade union members and a thematic dialogue seminar "Building a culture of occupational safety - Foundation for sustainable business development".
The program is organized to respond to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026 and to implement the "Peak Month for developing union members, establishing grassroots trade unions; introducing outstanding union members for the Party to consider fostering and admitting" in 2026 of the Vinh Long Provincial Labor Federation.
Attending the program were representatives of the Provincial Labor Federation, the Board of Directors of Ty Bach Co., Ltd., the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union and more than 120 union members, workers and safety and hygiene workers of the company.

At the ceremony, the grassroots Trade Union announced the decision to admit 538 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization. Representatives of new union members received the admission decision and expressed their feelings when officially joining the trade union organization.
According to the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union, the admission of union members not only contributes to improving the quality of trade union activities at enterprises but also strengthens the care and protection of the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
After the admission ceremony, the program continued with a thematic dialogue seminar on building a labor safety culture. Many contents related to occupational safety and hygiene, protective equipment, risks of unsafety in the workplace and solutions to limit labor accidents were directly discussed by workers, businesses and trade unions.
Representatives of the Board of Directors of Ty Bach Co., Ltd. also committed to continue implementing solutions to build a safe working environment, improve working conditions and improve the efficiency of occupational safety and health at enterprises.
