Accordingly, enrollment registration for the 2026-2027 school year will be 100% carried out online at the city's first-level enrollment gate.
Use the student's personal identification code as a key to access, ensuring that data for admission consideration is accurately extracted from the city's education sector database system.
Student residence information, including current residence and relationship with the guardian, is determined through the electronic identification application (VNeID) of the parent or legal guardian.
In case of errors, functional agencies will consider based on legal evidence.
The allocation of learning places is carried out flexibly, based on the school network, number of students and travel distance. The city also applies digital maps to ensure that students study near their residence, and coordinates between adjacent areas for reasonable regulation.
The city stipulates 2 groups of subjects as follows:
Priority group 1 includes children whose current residence is in the area at the prescribed age (for grade 1) or students who have completed the primary school program and reside in the area (for grade 6); this group also includes students who have completed the primary school program in special training forms at schools organized for enrollment according to the district in previous school years.
Subject 2 is the remaining cases not belonging to group 1. Priority order includes: students who have attended preschool or primary school in the area or border area; students whose siblings are studying at schools in the area, students whose parents work at agencies, industrial parks, export processing zones, high-tech zones, industrial clusters, economic zones in the area; students residing in border areas or students transferred from other provinces and cities after the registration time.
