The event aims to promote students, researchers and startups in the early stages to develop energy-efficient initiatives; strengthen research cooperation, technology transfer and commercialization of solutions in this field. The activity is organized by the Department of Innovation, Green Transformation and Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) in coordination with the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) and Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
One of the highlights of the program is the introduction session of innovative solutions of startups from universities, with the participation of V-IndoorCARE, IoTeamVN and FabConverter. The groups presented smart energy management solutions, the application of the Internet of Things (IoT) and energy conversion. Many in-depth analysis and comments have given market potential, business models, and the commercialization potential of the solutions.
In addition, the seminar "From Labs to Market: Where is the effective shortcut?" gathered representatives of management agencies, universities, businesses, investors and ecosystem support organizations to discuss opportunities and challenges in the process of technology transfer and commercialization of research results. Delegates emphasized the necessity of strengthening links between institutes, schools and businesses to support technology startups in accessing markets and development resources.
The event recorded more than 20 direct connection sessions between 9 startups and energy-efficient businesses with corporations and investors. The working sessions focused on opportunities for research cooperation, technology testing, market development and resource mobilization for innovative projects.
9 innovative solutions in the field of energy efficiency including V-IndoorCARE, IoTeamVN, FabConverter, EDEEC, Benkon, Data Insight, Greenlight Cement-Free Concrete, Efficool Enhancer and LC Tech have been introduced. The solutions bring many approaches to energy efficiency, from smart building management, real-time energy consumption monitoring, cooling system optimization to green building development, Net-Zero route support through AI, IoT and data analysis.
