According to records, at noon on June 13, the access road to the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay expressway, vehicles lined up slowly, at times almost standing still. The congestion situation lasted from the expressway access road area to the Long Phuoc toll station area for about 10 km.

According to the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects of Cao Bang province, phase 1 deploys the construction of 11 primary and secondary boarding schools in border communes. By May 24, all 11 projects had completed the design dossiers for ground leveling, foundation and body of the project.
