Rescue of tourist canoe carrying 19 people sunk at Cua Dai sea, all safe
On the afternoon of June 8, the Border Guard Command of Da Nang City had a quick report on the tourist canoe sinking in Cua Dai sea area.
According to reports, at about 3:20 pm on the same day, the Operations Duty Officer of the Border Guard Command of Da Nang City received news from Cua Dai Border Guard Station about the QNa-1108 canoe, named Song Bien Xanh, encountering an incident while moving on the Cu Lao Cham - Cua Dai route.
At the time of the incident, the canoe was traveling to the mainland. When it reached the position with coordinates 15°52.3804'N - 108°26.2378'E, about 4.3 nautical miles east of Cua Dai Border Guard Station, the vehicle suddenly broke into water and sank.

Lam Dong issues urgent document to prevent mushroom poisoning in the rainy season
On June 8, the Department of Health of Lam Dong province said that it had sent an urgent official dispatch to the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones on strengthening the prevention and control of mushroom poisoning in the area.
According to the health sector, Lam Dong is entering the rainy season, high humidity conditions create favorable conditions for many natural mushrooms to develop strongly.
This poses a risk of poisoning for people and tourists when arbitrarily harvesting and using mushrooms of unknown origin.

Train crashes into truck in Hanoi, sand falls and buries many motorbikes
A railway accident has just occurred on the North-South railway line, passing through Thuong Tin commune (Hanoi).
According to initial information, at about 8 pm on June 7, train SE19 was traveling on the North-South railway line when it collided with a truck with license plate 30B-542.XX at Km17+400. At this time, the truck was moving from National Highway 1A, crossing the railway to enter the Nhi Khe inter-commune road.
The strong collision caused the front of the SE19 train to be heavily damaged. The truck was thrown sideways, sand on the truck fell onto the road surface and buried 4 motorbikes parked on the sidewalk near the scene.
The barrier system and some railway infrastructure equipment in the accident area were also damaged.
