On April 25, the Department of Construction announced the temporary suspension of automobile traffic through Bao Tron culvert on the Dam Doi - Cai Nuoc route due to serious landslides.
According to the Department of Construction of Ca Mau, through the inspection, initially determining the cause of the tide up and down, causing the water to rush through the circular sewer, forming a strong whirlpool of the area in front of the drain, eroding the base of reinforced concrete embankments (reinforced in 2015) causing incidents.
Previously, on April 23, the road management unit of Bao Tron culvert area (Km 7+200) on Dam Doi - Cai section had cracks and subsidence, which could cause traffic safety risks.
While the temporary blockage of the flow through the sewers has not been completed, at around 12:05 on April 24, the cracked and subsided area had collapsed, subsiding more than half of the road towards the river and not ensuring traffic in this area.

Two nutritional supplements for infants discovered to be fake
Of the 200 products manufactured by Herbitech Technology Company, the police determined that Baby Shark and Medi Kid Calcium K2 - a nutritional supplement for children - were fake.
On April 25, the Ministry of Public Security said that the Office of the Investigation Police Agency (C01) is investigating a ring that produces fake health protection foods to supplement nutrition for children, including newborns.
The ring's ringleader is Pham Vu Khiem - Director of Herbitech Technology Co., Ltd., headquartered in Block 8, Phu Lo commune, Soc Son district. Police have accused Herbitech of counterfeiting two health protection foods, Baby Shark and Medi Kid Calcium K2.
The police determined that the above Company had processed and produced more than 200 products worth up to hundreds of billions of VND, but lacked quality control. Although the product is advertised as being imported from France, Germany, and the US, the actual price and quality are not as advertised.

18 skulls discovered in a cave in Nghe An
18 skulls and many pieces of bones suspected to belong to ancient Vietnamese people in a cave in Nghia Dan district, Nghe An province were discovered in a surprising situation.
On April 25, the leader of Nghia Dan District People's Committee confirmed that up to now, the authorities have initially discovered a total of 18 skulls and many pieces of bones in the cave in the Len Chua area, Nghia Thanh commune.
According to local people, this cave was previously visited by many people, but no one discovered anything unusual. Previously, this place was used to destroy shells. The entrance to the cave has been blocked with rocks, but it is still possible to enter and exit.
On April 23, a local resident, out of curiosity, went into the grotto and suddenly discovered artifacts suspected to be human remains, so he reported it to the authorities. The authorities immediately arrived at the scene, expanded the search and have so far had the above results.
According to records, 18 skulls and remains were discovered in a state of near complete decomposition, many part of the skull and long bones were rotten, suggesting that the burial period may have lasted for many years.
