Latest VTV9 Cup - Binh Dien 2026 volleyball schedule

The VTV9 - Binh Dien 2026 Women's Volleyball Cup will take place in Tay Ninh from May 15 to May 23, with the participation of 8 domestic and foreign teams.

In this year's season, Vietnamese volleyball has 5 representatives participating including VTV Binh Dien Long An, LPB Ninh Binh, Binh Chung Thong Tin, Vietinbank and Hanoi Tasco Auto. Besides, there are 3 international guest teams including Gunma Green Wings of Japan, Suwon City from Korea and Jiangsu (Jiangsu) of China.

According to the draw results, Group A gathers VTV Binh Dien Long An, Jiangsu, Binh Chung Thong Tin and Vietinbank. This is considered a fairly balanced group when the teams all possess in-depth forces and many experienced athletes.

Meanwhile, Group B includes LPB Ninh Binh, Gunma Green Wings, Suwon City and Hanoi Tasco Auto. The appearance of two teams from Japan and Korea makes the competition in this group receive much attention.

According to the group stage schedule, teams will take turns competing to compete for tickets to the semi-finals. With continuous competition density and highly appreciated professional quality, the tournament promises to bring many notable matches.

One of the new points of this year's season is that teams are allowed to register foreign players. This regulation is expected to help improve professional quality as well as create more opportunities for domestic athletes to compete.
