Today (August 23), stage 2 of SEA V.League 2024 will take place in Indonesia.
In the first match, the Vietnamese men's volleyball team faced Thailand at 4:00 p.m. today (August 23). This is a huge challenge for coach Tran Dinh Tien and his team because after a convincing championship in the first leg, the team from the Golden Temple country did not change their lineup in leg 2.
The three key players who won individual awards last week, Kissada Nilsawi, Napadet Bhinijdee and Tanapat Charoensuk, are expected to continue to shine.
Meanwhile, with 14 players like stage 1, the Vietnamese boys have to put in a lot of effort. The achievement of not winning any matches in stage 1 partly reflects the true strength of the Vietnamese representative. Therefore, it is difficult to have surprises in this match.
In the remaining competition, host Indonesia meets the Philippines at 7:00 p.m. The Indonesian men's volleyball team also presented a similar lineup to stage 1.
While the Philippine men's volleyball team will have 2 replacements due to injury. That was the case when Bryan Bagunas and John Paul Bugaoan were replaced by Joshua Umandal and Jenngerard Amfranz Diao.
SEA V.League men's volleyball match schedule today (August 23):
