Immediately after winning the AVC Nations Cup 2025, the Vietnam women's volleyball team immediately returned to training to participate in the annual international tournament, VTV Ferroli Cup 2025.
This year's tournament has the participation of 8 teams. Accordingly, Group A includes the Vietnamese women's volleyball team, the Philippines, the Fourth Xuyen Club (China) and Australia. Meanwhile, Group B has the presence of U21 Vietnam, Korabelka Club (Russia), Taiwan (China) and U21 Thailand.
In terms of format, in each group, the teams compete in a round-robin to calculate ranking points. In the next round, the first team in Group A will meet the fourth team in Group B; the first team in Group B will meet the fourth team in Group A; the second team in Group A will meet the third team in Group B; the second team in Group B will meet the third team in Group A; then determine the teams to enter the final.
According to the competition schedule, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet and his team will meet Australia on June 28, the Philippines on June 29 and Sichuan (China) on July 1.
The U21 Vietnam team will face Taiwan (China) on June 28, U21 Thailand on June 29 and Korabelka on June 30.
