Create conditions for people to know, participate in discussing, deciding, organizing the implementation and supervising common tasks of residential areas. Promote the role of the Fatherland Front Work Committee, branches, unions, reputable people and self-management groups in grasping the situation, gathering people's opinions, resolving conflicts, and solving arising problems and obstacles from the grassroots level.
Organize well the Great National Unity Festival and common activities of the community in accordance with actual conditions, contributing to consolidating village and neighborhood solidarity, creating cohesion and consensus among the people.
Regarding mobilizing people to build residential areas to ensure security and safety, it is necessary to focus on mobilizing people to participate in the movement "All people protect national security"; raising vigilance, proactively participating in maintaining security and order in the area; complying with regulations on traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting; participating in disaster prevention and control, epidemics and risks affecting community life.
Build self-management models on security and order; coordinate between people and forces at the grassroots level in preventing, detecting, and denouncing crimes, eliminating social evils; preventing violence, abuse and unsafe risks to women, children, the elderly, people with disabilities and vulnerable groups.
