In the period 2021-2026, associations at all levels of Agent Orange/dioxin victims in Quang Ninh mobilized socialized resources in cash and converted in kind with a total value of more than 23.68 billion VND to care for and support Agent Orange/dioxin victims.
In which, 41 houses were supported for repair and new construction with a cost of more than 2.4 billion VND.
Association levels also maintain monthly support for nurturing 141 Agent Orange victims with severe illnesses, with a total budget of nearly 3 billion VND; supporting health care, medical examination and treatment, detoxification and rehabilitation for 1,488 members.
647 Agent Orange victims were examined, treated, and given medicine; 1,125 health insurance cards were awarded to people who directly nurtured Agent Orange victims with severe illnesses and disabilities.

Along with socialized resources, in the period 2021-2025, Quang Ninh province's budget has allocated 98.695 billion VND to support Agent Orange victims and implement some specific policies of the province.

Of which, more than 74.3 billion VND is for visiting and giving gifts on holidays and Tet; 23 billion VND is for supporting nursing, health recovery and supporting repairing and building 3 new houses for Agent Orange victims and people with meritorious services to the revolution.
Currently, Quang Ninh has 4,194 members who are victims of Agent Orange/dioxin and are receiving monthly regular allowances from the State budget. Among them, 3,535 people who directly participated in resistance activities were infected with chemical toxins, all over 70 years old; 659 people are children of resistance participants exposed to chemical toxins.
From July 2026, the Quang Ninh Provincial Red Cross Society will receive tasks from the Provincial Association for Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin. In the 2026-2031 period, the Association aims to continue to diversify resources, take care of the material and spiritual lives of Agent Orange victims; strive to have no households of Agent Orange victims that are poor or near-poor households.
