On the morning of October 29, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) of Bac Ninh province, term 2025 - 2030, officially opened.
The Congress was attended by Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien; Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai, along with 358 official delegates and 229 invited delegates.
Speaking at the opening of the Congress, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bac Ninh province affirmed that the 1st Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress of Bac Ninh province, term 2025-2030, is an extensive political activity, raising awareness among all classes of people about the cause of great national unity, about the position and role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Emulation movements to welcome the Congress were launched and widely deployed in the political system, from residential areas to all classes of people, aiming to successfully carry out the political tasks of Bac Ninh province.
During the 2024 - 2029 term, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels and member organizations have actively promoted and mobilized all classes of people in the province to promote patriotism, strive, overcome difficulties and challenges in the context of complicated developments in the world situation; the impact of natural disasters, climate change, droughts, and epidemics.
In the coming time, Bac Ninh province will continue to promote the industrialization and modernization process with many opportunities and challenges; many social issues may arise that require the entire political system, in which the Vietnam Fatherland Front continues to innovate more strongly in terms of content and methods of operation, promoting digital transformation in front work to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.
Speaking at the Congress, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front (FFF), Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien assessed that the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province has closely followed its functions and tasks in recent times, striving to achieve many important and comprehensive results.
Mr. Do Van Chien suggested that the Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province continue to thoroughly grasp the content of Resolution 43-NQ/TW dated November 24, 2023 of the Party Central Committee on continuing to promote the tradition and strength of national solidarity, building an increasingly prosperous and happy country.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province needs to promote historical education, foster pride, aspiration to rise up, patriotism and solidarity of all classes of people in the province, strongly promote consensus and democracy.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province needs to improve social criticism, supervision, actively participate in building a clean and strong Party, government, and political system; proactively propose and participate in solving complex problems arising in practice.
At the same time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Bac Ninh province needs to promote patriotic emulation movements in all classes of people in a practical way; actively innovate the content and methods of operation, train and train a team of cadres with courage, professional expertise, closeness to the people, and service to the people.
