The Department of Construction of Bac Ninh province has just publicly announced the sale of social housing at the Thong Nhat Smart City Social Housing Construction Investment Project, in Yen Trung and Tam Da communes, Bac Ninh province.
The project includes 10 social housing blocks with a total of about 1,048 apartments; townhouses with a total of about 107 apartments; Commercial and service areas; Public works areas (inter-level schools, cultural houses, health stations) and technical infrastructure, auxiliary items.
The project was completed and put into overall operation in December 2026. The number of apartments for sale this time is 1,029 apartments.
Regarding selling price, the average apartment: 16,442,701 VND/m2, corner apartment: 16,771,555 VND/m2, apartment next to the stairs: 16,113,847 VND/m2. The above selling price includes 5% VAT and 2% maintenance fee.
The time to start receiving registration documents starts from today, October 27 to November 27, 2025.

According to the reporter's research, the Cat Tuong Smart City and Thong Nhat Smart City social housing projects are one of the social housing projects with the largest scale and number of apartments for sale in Bac Ninh province today.
The project is located 200m from Yen Phong Industrial Park, 10km from Bac Ninh city, 19km from Noi Bai airport and 30km from the center of Hanoi City.
The project was honored to be visited by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in July 2023. Here, the Prime Minister requested that Bac Ninh province be used as a model for social housing development, and replicated nationwide.
According to the report of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, in the first 9 months of 2025, the locality has completed 12,649 more apartments, reaching about 80% of the target assigned by the Prime Minister in 2025 (15,920 apartments).
Regarding the target for 2026, Bac Ninh province registered to develop 20,000 social housing units (an increase of more than 2,000 units compared to the target assigned by the Government).
