Determination to innovate in the implementation of political tasks
Comrade Nguyen Phi Long said that the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, CĐTTƯ and directly affiliated Party committees always closely follow and seriously implement the directives, resolutions, conclusions, and directions of the Central Government, the Politburo, and the Secretariat.
The entire Party Committee has shown the spirit of solidarity, unity, effort, and determination to innovate in performing political tasks, strictly complying with the regulations of the Party and the State, maintaining discipline and order, and being united and responsible for the common work.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, CĐTTƯ has innovations in leadership methods, ensuring smoothness and efficiency to directly affiliated Party committees and party committees.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and State to actively and proactively lead and direct, promptly remove difficulties, obstacles, recommendations, and proposals of directly affiliated party organizations as well as agencies and units in the bloc.
The leadership and implementation of political tasks are closely and drastically directed by Party committees and Party organizations. Party building work has many changes and has become systematic.
Regarding limitations, difficulties and causes, the report clearly stated that in leadership and direction work in some party organizations belonging to the mass bloc, there are specific characteristics and a small number of party members.
The majority of directly affiliated Party organizations are grassroots Party committees and Party cells, so in arranging full-time Party officials, it affects the quality and effectiveness of advisory work and implementation organization.
The operation of the organizational structure is sometimes not synchronized and smooth, and the assigned staff does not meet the approved job positions. The staffing of cadres between agencies and units has fluctuations and discrepancies in capacity, experience and qualifications.
In Party work, a part of newly consolidated and rotated cadres according to the new organizational model has not met the requirements of the assigned tasks.
The application of information technology is not synchronized between Party organizations. Thematic activities at some Party cells are not diverse.
Due to the Party Committee having a completely new organizational structure and functional apparatus, the Party organization model in the Party Committee includes many different types, not uniform in scale, nature of operation and organizational structure.
The professional qualifications of some officials have not met the requirements in the new situation; the allocation of the number of officials between professional departments is not uniform; the assignment of tasks for officials and civil servants in some places is not appropriate.
Some directly affiliated party organizations have difficult operating conditions, funding and staffing are not assigned; information technology infrastructure is still outdated and not synchronized; professional tasks are increasing, including many new and complex tasks that require urgent progress.
Decisively complete digital transformation
Regarding the leadership and direction of Party committees of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations and directly affiliated Party committees, continue to organize dissemination, thorough understanding, propaganda and serious implementation of resolutions, directives, conclusions, and guiding documents of the Central Government, of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations, especially the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the Action Program of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and central mass organizations implementing the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress and strategic and pillar resolutions of the Politburo.

Promote the comprehensive implementation of contents on the implementation of political tasks and Party building work. Continue to effectively lead and direct the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Executive Committee, Politburo, Secretariat, Central Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption, Wastefulness, Negative Phenomena and directives, resolutions, conclusions of the Central Government, Politburo, Secretariat.
Leading and directing the implementation of Resolution No. 57 dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation.
Decisively complete digital transformation, ensuring smoothness and efficiency between Party Committee agencies, agencies of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, agencies of socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State.
Leading and directing the resolution of difficulties and obstacles of directly affiliated Party organizations, especially the work of arranging the organizational structure, promptly reviewing and removing difficulties, overcoming inadequacies, contradictions, and overlaps in regulations related to the operation of the new apparatus, especially at the grassroots level when implementing the 2-level local government model.
Lead and direct the definitive resolution of the backlog of work and surplus real estate assets after arrangement. Develop a plan to overcome shortcomings and limitations according to the conclusions of the Politburo inspection team.
Organize regular and extraordinary meetings of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the Party Committee in the last 6 months of 2026. Leaders issue work programs according to regulations.
Continue to implement Conclusion No. 230 dated January 5, 2026 of the Politburo on continuing to arrange and streamline the internal apparatus of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, agencies of socio-political organizations, mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State, and affiliated press agencies.
Focus on advising and implementing Conclusion No. 64 dated July 1, 2026 of the Politburo; chair the establishment of the Steering Committee of the Editorial Team, amending and supplementing Regulation No. 304 of the Politburo and Regulation No. 301 of the Secretariat. Lead and direct the successful organization of Congresses of mass organizations assigned tasks by the Party and State for the term 2026 - 2031, ensuring progress and implementation in the third quarter of 2026.
Leading and directing the implementation of projects approved by the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2026 to ensure quality and progress. Leaders continue to effectively implement 9 strategic resolutions of the Politburo.
Leaders grasp the situation at the grassroots level, union members, association members and people, coordinate to organize good voter contact activities, gather opinions and recommendations before and after the second session of the 16th National Assembly.
