The Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour organizes the online contest "Understanding Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, Resolution of the Party Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central Agencies for the 1st time, Resolution of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026-2031" (the contest) to create a vibrant emulation atmosphere, widely disseminate and bring the Resolutions into life soon.
The launching ceremony of the contest will take place at 1:45 PM on July 6 in the form of live (headquarters of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour, No. 10 Chu Van An, Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi City) and online at bridge points of Party committees and Party cells directly under the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour.
Attending the launching ceremony at the Central bridge point - headquarters of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour - were comrade Ngo Duy Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; comrade Vu Anh Duc - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; Vice Presidents of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour: Thai Thu Xuong, Nguyen Xuan Hung; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour; all cadres, party members, union members and employees of departments directly under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and advisory and assisting departments of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour. All cadres, party members, union members and workers working and participating in activities at Party cells and Party committees directly under the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor are allowed to participate in the contest.
Exam content:
- Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress;
- Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central Agencies;
- Resolution of the XIV Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2026-2031";
- Action Program No. 08/Ctr –ĐUTĐ, dated March 26, 2026 of the Party Committee of the General Confederation on implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress;
- Directive No. 58-CT/TW dated January 10, 2026 of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee strengthening the leadership of propaganda, political and ideological education, and law for workers in the new situation.
Exam format:
- The contest is organized in the form of online multiple-choice tests on the internet. Contestants use computers and smartphones to access the contest address and answer questions from the Organizing Committee of the contest.
- The contest has 3 weeks of competition. Contestants participating in the contest answer 10 questions, including: 9 multiple-choice questions, 1 question predicting the total number of participants. Each question has 3 or more answer options and only one correct option, the exam time is within 10 minutes, before submitting the paper, you can change the answers to the questions you have chosen before. Each contestant is allowed to take a maximum of 03 exam sessions/week during the contest.

Steps to participate in the competition:
Step 1: Contestants participate in the contest by accessing the official address of the Contest at https://congdoanvietnam. vn/
- After accessing the Vietnam Trade Union Electronic Information Portal, contestants click on the Contest Banner to be transferred to the online exam system.
- In addition, contestants can scan the QR code with the camera (on IOS) or go to the QR code scan section on the Zalo application (on Android) to access the contest.
Step 2: Candidates register a contest account with the required information. The account just created will be used to participate in the contest.
- Enter the correct full name according to the citizen identification card.
- Enter the correct phone number of the candidate.
- Enter the correct party cell, party committee currently operating; agency, unit currently working and working.
Step 3: Answer questions directly on the system by selecting the answers.
Step 4: Select a prediction of the total number of contest participants. Predict with a specific number, for example: 12345...
Step 5: Confirm submitting the exam paper.
- The contest takes place in 03 weeks, each contestant is allowed to participate in a maximum of 3 rounds/ 1 week. Contestants participating in the contest answer 10 questions including: 9 multiple-choice questions, 1 question predicting the number of participants, directly on computers or mobile devices connected to the Internet using pre-designed question set software in a maximum of 10 minutes/time of the exam (each time you log in to the exam, any exam code will automatically appear; each exam code includes 10 questions: 9 multiple-choice questions, 1 question predicting the number of participants). Each question has 3 to 4 answer options and only one correct option, the exam time is within 10 minutes, and the answers to the previously selected questions can be changed. Each correct answer is equivalent to 1 point.
- The Organizing Committee does not recognize the results of contestants who have dishonest behavior or provide inaccurate information.
Exam time
- The first exam: Starting from 7:00 AM on July 6, 2026 and ending at 11:00 PM on July 12, 2026
- Second exam: Starting from 7:00 AM on July 13, 2026 and ending at 11:00 PM on July 19, 2026.
- The Third Exam: Starting from 7:00 AM on July 20, 2026 and ending at 11:00 PM on July 26, 2026.
