Do not be subjective even if you have prepared well
On March 5, Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial Election Commission (UBBC) - inspected the preparation for the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Tuy Phuoc commune and Quy Nhon Bac ward.
According to reports from the UBBC of Tuy Phuoc commune and Quy Nhon Bac ward, the leadership, direction and preparation for the election in the locality were carried out seriously, on schedule and according to regulations.
Information and propaganda work was carried out early; conditions on facilities, techniques, and healthcare were fully prepared. Visual decorations at polling stations, and plans to ensure security and order before and during the election day (March 15) have also been built and implemented.

Tuy Phuoc commune has 32 polling stations, with 33 voter listing points; the total number of voters as of March 5 is 56,405 people. Quy Nhon Bac Ward has 17 polling stations; voter lists have been posted at polling stations with a total of 34,665 people.
At the inspection, the UBBC of localities proposed that the province continue to pay attention to directing and guiding professional and nghiệp vụ; assign officials in charge of the area to promptly support the locality in the process of organizing elections.
Through inspection, Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc highly appreciated the proactive and serious spirit of the two localities in the election preparation work. He emphasized that from now until the election day, localities must absolutely not be subjective or negligent; it is necessary to continue to carefully review the voter list, especially cases of demographic changes, ensuring 100% of eligible voters are eligible to participate in voting.
Serving elections well, still ensuring socio-economic development
On the same day, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Vice Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial UBBC - came to inspect the election preparation work in Xuan An and Cat Tien communes.
According to the report of Xuan An commune, tasks related to election work have been seriously implemented, in accordance with procedures, ensuring progress, quality and legal regulations.

After reviewing and updating changes, the total number of voters in the whole commune is 22,222 people. The locality has established 14 election teams corresponding to 14 polling areas.
After the 3rd consultation conference, Xuan An commune agreed on the official list of 35 people who meet the standards to be nominated as delegates of the Commune People's Council for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring compliance with regulations.
In Cat Tien commune, the locality has established 17 election teams in 17 polling stations. The area with the largest number of voters is Trung Luong village with 3,259 voters; the least is Chanh Hung village with 759 voters. On average, each polling station has 1,447 voters.

The 3rd consultation conference of Cat Tien commune has agreed on the list of 37 people who meet the standards to be nominated as delegates to the Commune People's Council for the 2026-2031 term, ensuring the correct structure and composition according to regulations.
Through inspection, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan highly appreciated the proactiveness of Party committees, authorities and socio-political organizations in the 2 communes in deploying tasks to prepare for the election; the conditions serving the election day have basically been fully prepared.

Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee requested localities to continue to comprehensively review all tasks, not to let shortcomings occur during the organization process. Election sites need to be prepared spaciously and cleanly, creating favorable conditions for people to exercise their rights and citizens' obligations. The arrangement of voting areas must be scientific and reasonable; use funds for election services in accordance with regulations, ensuring thrift and efficiency.
Mr. Pham Anh Tuan also noted that in the process of focusing on implementing tasks to serve elections, localities must still perform well the task of socio-economic development; be close to the grassroots level, and promptly solve arising problems of the people in a reasonable and logical direction.
