On the afternoon of December 31, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations organized a Conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work.
At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee announced the Politburo's decision on assigning personnel work to Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
According to the decision, the Politburo assigned Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Unions, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of agencies, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Unions.
Speaking to assign tasks, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Unions, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front expressed her pleasure to represent the Politburo in handing over the Politburo's decision to assign Ms. Ha Thi Nga to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central Unions and to introduce her to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for consultation and election to hold the position of Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai said that with the experience and capacity of Ms. Ha Thi Nga - who grew up from the grassroots level and has held key leadership positions in the locality as well as at the central level, she believes that Ms. Ha Thi Nga will continue to promote her experience and capacity to excellently complete her tasks.
Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai hopes that the leaders of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and advisory agencies and units of the Party Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee will continue to help, coordinate, and cooperate with Ms. Ha Thi Nga to help Ms. Ha Thi Nga and the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Party Committee and agency excellently complete the assigned political tasks.
Speaking to receive the task, Ms. Ha Thi Nga expressed honor and emotion when being assigned by the Politburo to take on the task of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations.

In her new position, Ms. Ha Thi Nga promised to continue to try her best, continue to unite and unify to work with the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Fatherland Front Party Committee, and central mass organizations to effectively implement the tasks identified in the Resolution of the 1st Congress of the Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central mass organizations, term 2025-2030, especially the directing and suggestive opinions of General Secretary To Lam at the Congress.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga proposed and wished that in the coming time, she would continue to receive the leadership and direction of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the coordination and attention of the Party Central Committee Office, the Central Party building committees, provincial and city Party committees, and Party committees directly under the Central Government for the activities of the Fatherland Front Party Committee and central mass organizations.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga also hoped that Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai and her comrades in the collective of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central organizations, advisory and assisting agencies of the Party Committee, affiliated party committees, comrades in the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Presidium, advisory and assisting committees of the Front and socio-political organizations would continue to pay attention, direct, coordinate, support and share experiences so that she herself could successfully complete her tasks in her new position.
