Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations Phan Anh Son shared that the Vietnam - France Friendship and Cooperation Association has fulfilled its mission, fulfilled President Ho Chi Minh's expectations; accompanied the country in the years of struggle for national liberation and reunification and in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front awarded the Second-class Labor Medal to the Vietnam - France Friendship and Cooperation Association for the great contributions of the Association in the past time.
