Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were: Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Tran Thang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations; representatives of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations; leaders of the Departments and units of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Accordingly, Pursuant to the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam and related Regulations, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations issued Decision No. 288-QD/DUMTTQ, CDTTW on the establishment of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
The content of the Decision clearly states that the Standing Committee of the Party Committee decides to establish the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, which is the Party Committee at the level directly above the grassroots party organization under the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and central organizations. The Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has the function of leading the implementation of political tasks and Party building work according to the provisions of the Party Charter and guiding documents for implementation.
The Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front includes 15 Party organizations in units under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, including: Party Committee of the Office, Party Committee of the Provincial Institute for Training and fostering cadres and Scientific Research; Party Committee of Dai Dong Hamlet Newspaper; Party Cell of the Organizing and Inspection Committee; Party Cell of the Social Work Committee; Party Cell of the Propaganda Department; Party Cell of the Department of Finance - Planning; Party Cell of the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Department; Party Cell of the People's External Relations Department; Party Cell of the Mass Association Work Committee; Party Cell of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Museum; Party Cell of the Office of the catholic Unity Committee; Party Cell of Chan Hung Company; Party Cell of the agency, assistant of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
The content of the Decision also clearly states that the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front shall comply with the Regulations of the Central Party Secretariat.
Also at the Conference, Decision No. 295-QD/DUMTTQ, CDTTW on appointing members to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2020-2025 term was announced. The content of the Decision clearly states that the number of Party Executive Committees of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2020-2025 term is 25 comrades; the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2020-2025 term is 7 comrades.
In which, Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2020-2025.
Appoint Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central Trade Unions, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Also at the conference, the Decision on appointment to participate in the Inspection Committee, Chairman, and Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2020-2025 term was announced.
In which, comrade Diep Thi Thu Huyen, member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Do Van Chien - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central organizations, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front emphasized that the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has a very important position and role, leading and directing Party organizations, cadres, Party members, and general service advisory agencies, promoting proactiveness and creativity, improving the effectiveness of advisory work, organizing the successful implementation of resolutions, directives, conclusions, and instructions of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and central organizations to strongly promote the core political role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, consolidate national solidarity, and promote the strength of the nation in the great national development.
Emphasizing that the Party Committee should be raised to a higher level with more important roles and positions, Mr. Do Van Chien said that this requires innovation in thinking and working methods, and overcoming oneself.
Stating that the Party Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its affiliated Party organizations were established in the context of arranging socio-political organizations to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front and all levels that are implementing Directive No. 45-CT/TW dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party, Mr. Do Van Chien suggested that immediately after the conference, the Executive Committee, the Standing Committees of the Party branches and Party Committees should urgently issue working regulations, assign tasks to the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee; review and complete documents and personnel projects for the delegation to attend the Upper-level Congress; perfect the entire staffing apparatus to assist the Party Committee.
The grassroots expenditures and party committees have completed the Party Executive Committee, the grassroots Party cell committees, and held Party cell meetings to review key tasks from now until the end of 2025. After the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central organizations is over, the Party Committees and Party cells will review the tasks and develop an action plan to implement the Resolution, supplement and adjust the goals, tasks, and solutions for the 2025-2030 term and organize a Party Committee Conference to approve it," Mr. Do Van Chien suggested.
Emphasizing that the Party, State and people are very hopeful that after reorganizing the apparatus and arranging Party organizations in accordance with the new model, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations will organize their activities more effectively, Mr. Do Van Chien hopes that cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will promote the glorious tradition of the previous generation, unite and work together to build a clean and strong Party Committee to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
