On the occasion of the Great Celebration of Hoa Hao Buddhist Opening Day May 18, Binh Ngo year (2026), I cordially send to the Central Executive Committee, officials and all Hoa Hao Buddhist compatriots my warm regards and best wishes.
In the past time, promoting the tradition of patriotism, attachment, and companionship with the nation, with the motto of living "good life, beautiful religion", the Central Executive Committee, officials and all Hoa Hao Buddhist compatriots have actively implemented the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; effectively responded to patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front. In particular, promoting the spirit of social charity and humanity associated with the Dharma of Tu Phuoc according to the teachings of Monk Huynh, Hoa Hao Buddhist compatriots have actively participated in social security activities, cared for the poor, supported people in difficult circumstances, built houses of gratitude, houses of great solidarity, built bridges and rural roads, responded to the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses and many other practical charitable activities, contributing to consolidating the great national unity bloc and socio-economic development of the country.
The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front respectfully acknowledges, highly appreciates and thanks the practical and responsible contributions of Hoa Hao Buddhist Church, dignitaries and all Hoa Hao Buddhist compatriots to the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland in the past time.
2026 is the year that the entire Party, people and army promote the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress, the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026–2031, continuing to consolidate and promote the strength of the great national unity bloc in the era of national rise.
I hope that in the coming time, the Central Executive Committee, officials and all Hoa Hao Buddhist compatriots will continue to promote the good values of Hoa Hao Buddhist doctrine, the tradition of patriotism, living "good life, beautiful religion"; actively mobilize believers to well comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, and the action program of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; participate in the good implementation of patriotic emulation movements, social security, humanitarian, and charitable activities; contribute to the Party, State, and Vietnam Fatherland Front to build our country to become increasingly rich, prosperous, civilized, and happy.
On the occasion of the 2026 Great Opening Ceremony, once again wishing the Central Executive Committee, officials and all Hoa Hao Buddhist compatriots good health, peace, unity and welcome the Great Ceremony in a solemn, peaceful, and happy atmosphere.
