On July 10, information from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Gia Lai province said that the unit's working group had just visited and worked in Ia Sao commune and Hoai An commune to grasp the operation of the two-level government model, the commune's public administrative center.
In Ia Sao commune, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province Nguyen Ngoc Luong acknowledged the difficulties of the locality, especially in terms of limited facilities and equipment.
The shortage of clean water in the commune has been going on for many years, causing difficulties for people's lives, but so far there have been no effective solutions to overcome it.
Sharing the difficulties of the new commune Party Committee and government, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ngoc Luong encouraged the staff of Ia Sao commune to promote solidarity, overcome difficulties, and perform well the functions and tasks that have been decentralized and delegated.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Luong requested the Party Committee and authorities of Ia Sao commune to focus on researching and proposing effective solutions to develop the local socio-economy, thereby improving people's lives.
In Hoai An commune, the Public Administration Service Center has been arranged with a team of experienced, professional and technical staff and civil servants. In addition, equipment, documents, tables and chairs, and information technology infrastructure are reviewed to ensure continuous and smooth operation.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Ngoc Luong noted that cadres and civil servants need to thoroughly grasp the spirit of "serving the people, serving businesses", demonstrated through friendly attitude and quick procedures right from the very beginning, while promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation.
