HCMC - Phuoc Chanh Quarter, Tan Hiep Ward join hands to repair and renovate houses for households in difficult circumstances.

On August 11, the Front Working Committee and the Executive Committee of Phuoc Chanh Quarter, Tan Hiep Ward held a ceremony to present "compassionate houses" to the family of Ms. Dinh Thi Muoi - a poor household subject to social protection in Phuoc Chanh Quarter, Tan Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

This is a practical project to welcome the 1st Tan Hiep Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Attending the ceremony were Ms. Luu Thi Tuyet Trinh - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hiep ward and the ward's organizations, Executive Committee, and Front Working Committee of Phuoc Chanh quarter, along with the family of Ms. Dinh Thi Muoi.

The repaired house has an area of 52 m2. The repaired items include: changing bricks, raising walls, lining floors, painting houses, replacing new corrugated iron and plaster. The total repair cost is 60 million VND, and the Phuoc Chanh Quarter Management Board mobilizes benefactors to support the implementation.

The ceremony took place in a warm and emotional atmosphere. This is an activity that contributes to spreading the spirit of "mutual love" in the community.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Luu Thi Tuyet Trinh - Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hiep ward sent congratulations to Ms. Muoi's family. Ms. Luu Thi Tuyet Trinh expressed her hope that the new house will be a source of encouragement to help Ms. Muoi's family settle down, stabilize their lives, and escape poverty.

Also at the ceremony, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hiep ward and the Women's Union of the ward presented gifts and livelihood support worth 3 million VND to help the family have more conditions to improve their income.
