On June 15, information from the Nghe An Provincial Women's Union (VWU) said that comrade Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Chairwoman of the Nghe An Provincial Women's Union and Ms. Vu Thi Dung - Founder and Managing Director of the Khat Vong Fund (Hanoi) had a survey of disadvantaged children and visited some typical models in Quan Thanh commune.
During the program, the delegation came to offer incense, visit Truc Lam Yen Thanh Zen Monastery and Chi Linh Pagoda; learn about charity and social security activities, especially programs to support children in difficult circumstances and disadvantaged children in the community.
The delegation also visited the Hai Lien net house model - an agricultural production model applying advanced techniques, bringing high economic efficiency, contributing to improving the lives of local people.
Through practical surveys, the working delegation highly appreciated the efforts of the Party Committee and government of Quan Thanh commune in economic development, building new rural areas and caring for the lives of vulnerable people, especially children in difficult circumstances.
The survey not only strengthens the connection between organizations in social security work but also opens up many opportunities for cooperation and joint support for disadvantaged children, spreading human values in the community.
