On the afternoon of July 1, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Agency of Khanh Hoa province.
Attending the announcement ceremony were Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and all cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Front and member organizations.
At the program, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary - Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - presented the decision to establish the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Agency of Khanh Hoa province.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province has 10 departments and offices including: Office; Organizing and inspecting Committee; Committee for Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism; Committee for Propaganda and Social Work; Veterans Working Committee; Women's Working Committee; Farmers' Working Committee; Youth Union and Children's Working Committee; Trade Union Working Committee; Industrial Park Trade Union Committee.
And 4 public service units include: Provincial Children's House, Provincial Labor Federation Cultural House, Provincial Labor Federation Guest House, and Gas Ma Soldier Memorial Area.
Along with the announcement of the establishment of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province, at the conference, the organizing committee also announced and presented personnel decisions to 10 Heads and Units of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and 53 Deputy Heads of 14 departments and units.
Congratulating the cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province, Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh emphasized a number of key contents that the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Agency needs to focus on implementing in the coming time.
First of all, urgently review the organizational structure of the apparatus in accordance with the Central and local Reorganization Project. Arrange human resources in the direction of selecting appointing cadres according to the correct process, according to regulations but must have the right people, the right job.
Re- positivise the functions and tasks of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its members to avoid overlapping tasks, no work to be left out... to gather strength and solidarity.
The Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary suggested that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and its members strongly innovate the content and methods of operation. In particular, focusing on the form of concentration, practical content, drastic actions, and real efficiency; promoting the application of information technology, digital transformation in fields of activity to improve quality and work efficiency.
