In his role as a delegate representing the voice of union members and workers in Khanh Hoa province, Mr. Phan Thanh Liem - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation was honored to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party and the Delegation of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee.

Sharing the same excitement, Ms. Dang Thanh Hang - Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union of Phu Khanh Railway Joint Stock Company said that throughout the days of following the working program of the 14th Congress, she and a large number of union members and employees of the company paid special attention to major orientations directly related to workers' lives.
As the head of the trade union organization with more than 700 union members and railway workers working in Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces, Ms. Hang assessed that the 14th Congress has shown deep concern for the labor force - a key factor in the country's development process in the coming period.
According to Ms. Hang, the development goals for the period 2026-2030 and vision to 2045 emphasized by General Secretary To Lam in the opening speech of the Congress have shown "great aspiration, steady steps". Thereby, creating more trust and motivation for officials, workers, and laborers.
Targets such as improving and comprehensively improving people's lives; striving to achieve an average GDP growth rate of 10%/year or more in the period 2026-2030; GDP per capita by 2030 reaching about 8,500 USD/year are contents that I especially appreciate and expect to be realized soon in the near future" - Ms. Dang Thanh Hang shared.
