VNA quoted the Russian Ambassador to Vietnam - Professor Bezdetko as affirming that Vietnam entered the 14th Congress of the Party with the position of a "rising nation". According to the Ambassador, the current changes are the result of efforts to shift from the mindset of "developing to keep up" to "developing ahead", based on the model of modernizing independence, self-reliance and ensuring national interests.
The Ambassador emphasized that the adoption of strategic documents on science and technology, innovation and digital transformation at the 14th Congress will create a solid foundation for Vietnam to transform its growth model, solve challenges in megacities and improve the quality of life of people.

Agreeing with the viewpoint on the shift in Vietnam's growth model, Lao Ambassador to Vietnam Khamphao Ernthavanh highly appreciated the strategic thinking in the draft document of the 14th National Congress when identifying science and technology and national digital transformation as the main driving force. The Ambassador said that this is an inevitable shift from growth based on capital and cheap labor to a knowledge economy, reflecting Vietnam's proactive adaptation to the volatile global context.
In particular, Lao Ambassador Khamphao Ernthavanh was impressed with the viewpoint of identifying the private economy as an important driving force, showing open and practical thinking in perfecting the socialist-oriented market economy institution, helping to effectively mobilize social resources.

Cuban Ambassador to Vietnam Rogelio Polanco Fuentes said that the Cuban people believe and expect Vietnam to continue to affirm its development path: Building a society with people at the center, developing the country according to socialist orientation, harmonizing with the environment, peaceful and actively integrating with the international community. The achievements that Vietnam has achieved in recent years are clear evidence that, under the leadership of the Communist Party, with the spirit of solidarity, resilient will and the consensus of the people, Vietnam can completely build a developed, stable and progressive society.
Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to Vietnam, Mr. Juan Carlos Fernandes Juarez, said that Venezuela is following the 14th Congress with great interest and expectations, considering this an opportunity for Vietnam to continue to maintain and promote the policies that have brought success in recent years; and at the same time assessed that the close and consistent policy-making of the Communist Party of Vietnam is a key factor in helping Vietnam not only develop domestically but also enhance its role in the region and in the world.
As Head of the Diplomatic Corps and having attended 5 Party Congresses, Palestinian Ambassador to Vietnam Saadi Salama shared his deep belief that, despite the challenging international context, Vietnam always finds a suitable path to develop a powerful country.
Former French Ambassador to Vietnam Claude Blanche-maison said that the 14th Congress sent important messages about political stability, economic development and Vietnam's balanced foreign policy.According to him, the signals sent by the 14th Congress will be of particular interest to investors, especially related to policy stability and opening up new cooperation opportunities in advanced technologies.
Mr. Claude Blanchemaison said that the business spirit of Vietnamese people, economic successes and the country's position in the region as well as in the world have contributed to making Vietnam one of the important actors on the international stage. Mr. Milan Krajca, Chairman of the Czech Peace Movement, a member of the Communist Party of the Czech Republic and Moravia, expressed his absolute belief that the 14th Congress is a historical milestone, playing a key role in shaping the reality and development aspirations of Vietnam.
