Next direction

According to Ms. Ha Thi Nga, the Program to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses nationwide in 2025 is a large and very important Program but must be implemented in a very short time to strive to complete the Program, so localities cannot avoid difficulties and confusion in the implementation process.

During the process of reviewing construction subjects, many households have changed their needs to build houses, are late or are no longer working due to some reasons due to customs or some other objective reasons, affecting the progress of house construction.

Some localities have difficulty mobilizing resources, due to economic conditions and in 2024, some localities were heavily affected by storm No. 3, causing serious damage to people and property.

In the coming time, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to coordinate with the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions and the Ministry of Finance to propose allocating funding sources to support the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses from the Central "For the Poor" Fund to localities that do not have enough resources; urge localities to transfer the remaining funds to the Central "For the Poor" Fund.
