On the morning of December 14, in Hiep Dong village, Hoa Xuan commune, corporal Le Anh Quan (Group 4, Battalion 2, Engineering Brigade 270, Military Region 5) picked up a gold necklace about 50cm long, a blue stone cover covered with white metal and a pink round plastic box.

Immediately afterwards, captain Le Anh Quan promptly reported to the unit commander.
