The 17th City People's Council issued Resolution No. 26/2026/NQ-HĐND stipulating support policies for civil servants and public employees working at the One-Stop Shop at all levels in the city.
According to the resolution, the policy applies to civil servants and public employees working at the City Public Administrative Service Center and the Commune, Ward, and Special Zone-level Public Administrative Service Center; public employees of the Land Registration Office under the Department of Agriculture and Environment who are assigned to work at the City and Commune-level Public Administrative Service Center.
Regarding the support level, civil servants and public employees working at the City Public Administrative Service Center are supported with 2 million VND/person/month. For civil servants and public employees working at the commune-level Public Administrative Service Center, the support level is 1.2 million VND/person/month.
In addition to monthly support, each civil servant and public employee subject to application is also supported with 3 million VND/person/year to sew uniforms. This support is not used to calculate social insurance and health insurance contributions and benefits.
Implementation costs are allocated from the state budget, sources from non-business units and other legal financial sources according to the provisions of law.
