Attending the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the delegation of Hung Yen province had 22 delegates. Among them, Mr. Pham Thanh Loi (Thuong Hong ward, Hung Yen province) - a typical individual in the field of handicraft production and business - shared his honor when attending an important political event of the whole country.
Mr. Loi said that for handicraft workers, participating in the Congress is not only a source of pride but also an opportunity to exchange, learn and spread production experience: "I am really happy and excited. Through this, we can convey experience, connect craftsmen, like creating a common link to jointly improve production quality.
He expects that before this Congress, levels, sectors and the Fatherland Front will continue to pay more attention to the craft village area, especially practical needs such as preferential loans, production site planning and digital transformation support. "To develop craft villages, there must be mechanisms. But first of all, there are basic things such as input capital, output capital, production site and technology application" - Mr. Loi emphasized.
From another perspective, Mr. Nguyen Van Thiem (Chi Minh commune, Hung Yen province) - a typical individual in good production and business in the field of processing and handicraft business - highly appreciates the role of the Fatherland Front in building the great national unity bloc.
It must be affirmed that the role of the Fatherland Front is very important. Thanks to the Front and member organizations' propaganda and mobilization, people have gradually participated in cooperatives more, creating collective strength" - Mr. Thiem said.
However, from the practical operation of cooperatives, he also pointed out many existing difficulties. Among them, the digital transformation in management is still limited, many places are still manual, not keeping up with development requirements.
In addition, the social insurance policy for cooperative members is not really appropriate, making people still hesitant to participate for a long time. Access to preferential loans and training young rural workers are also "bottlenecks" that need to be removed soon.
Before the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Thiem expects the congress to create breakthrough orientations and policies, especially for the collective economy and rural agriculture.
