The People's Committee of Lao Cai province has just issued a Plan to organize the 1st Patriotic Emulation Congress, period 2025 - 2030.
This is an important political event, held for the first time in the province, to summarize the patriotic emulation movement over the past 5 years, commend and honor typical advanced collectives and individuals.
At the same time, launch a new emulation movement, arouse the spirit of solidarity and creativity to successfully implement the socio-economic development goals for the period 2025 - 2030.
According to the plan, the Congress is scheduled to take place at the end of October 2025, at the Provincial Convention Center, Yen Bai Ward, with about 520 delegates attending.
Of which, there were 70 invited delegates from the Central and other provinces; 450 official delegates are typical advanced examples, representing outstanding collectives and individuals in many fields, economic sectors, ethnic groups, religions, and people of all walks of life in the province.
The Congress will take place with many important contents: offering incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs; reporting on the summary of the patriotic emulation movement and reward work for the period 2020 - 2025; deploying directions and tasks for the period 2025 - 2030.
In addition, there are presentations by advanced models; launching new emulation movements; commending and rewarding outstanding collectives and individuals; selecting delegates to attend the 11th National Patriotic Emulation Congress.
The main goal of the congress is to evaluate the results of the patriotic emulation movement, point out the shortcomings and limitations to overcome; replicate advanced models, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the whole province.
The Provincial People's Committee requires the organization work to be solemn, practical, economical, avoiding ostentation and formality; agencies, units and localities organize emulation movements associated with practice, and achieve achievements to celebrate the Congress.
The 1st Lao Cai Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress will be an opportunity to spread the spirit of patriotism, the desire to contribute, create new motivation among cadres, party members and people, determined to successfully complete socio-economic development goals, and celebrate the 14th National Party Congress.
