Sir, during the past term, the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front has made many innovations, leaving an important mark in the work of great national unity. Can you share more specifically about these outstanding results?
- Over the past term, the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front has always promoted its central role in the great national unity bloc, contributing significantly to socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security and building a strong political system.
Campaigns and patriotic emulation movements chaired or jointly organized by the Front continue to be widely implemented, bringing practical results. In particular, the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas" has become a strong movement.
To date, the whole province has more than 70% of residential areas achieving cultural titles, over 85% of households meeting cultural family standards. Many self-management models of security and order, environmental protection, and preservation of national cultural identity have been formed and effectively maintained in the community.
The work of caring for the poor and social security has also achieved outstanding results. The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has actively mobilized the development and effective management of funds with a total budget of nearly 400 billion VND.
In which: "Joining hands to build Cao Bang" Fund (7 billion VND), "New Rural Development" Fund (35.5 billion VND), "For the Poor" Fund (332.5 billion VND), " use of gratitude" Fund reached over 4.5 billion VND. With the above funding sources, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have promptly supported the people, especially policy beneficiaries, poor households, households facing difficulties and disasters due to natural disasters, storms, floods, incidents, traffic accidents, etc.
In particular, the activity of giving gifts during the holidays, providing relief during the COVID-19 pandemic, relief after storms No. 3 (Yagi) in 2024, storms No. 10 and No. 11 in 2025; supporting funding for site clearance for households relocated due to the implementation of the Dong Dang - Tra Linh expressway and supporting funding for households to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses have been implemented by the Fatherland Front at all levels with high results.
On the basis of those important results, in the 2025-2030 term, what key tasks will the Cao Bang Provincial Fatherland Front focus on to continue to promote its core role in the great national unity bloc, sir?
- Entering the new period, the Provincial Fatherland Front continues to closely follow the Party's policies, the State's laws and policies and the province's socio-economic development goals. The focus is on consolidating and expanding the great national unity bloc; strengthening the work of grasping the situation, listening to the people's thoughts and aspirations and focusing on implementing 3 breakthrough tasks as follows:
First: Focus on building a team of Vietnam Fatherland Front cadres and member organizations at all levels with political mettle, moral qualities, professional capacity, innovative thinking, pioneering, exemplary, and leading roles in performing tasks and emulation movements.
Second: Innovation, improving the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism. Promote the proactive and presiding role of the Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in consulting and developing plans; flexibly and creatively combine many forms of supervision and social criticism.
Promote the role of Associations assigned by the Party and the State; Advisory Councils, improve the quality and effectiveness of social consultation and criticism work. Continuously consolidate the organization, innovate the methods of operation towards diversification, expanding the forms of gathering, and building a team of cadres in the new situation.
Third: Strengthen social consensus and mobilize the combined strength of the community, contributing to building a strong, united, developed and happy cultural residential area. The focus is on building, promulgating and effectively implementing the community's covenant and Convention.

- In the coming time, to meet new tasks and effectively implement 3 breakthrough tasks, we will focus on the following solutions:
One is: Strengthen propaganda, mobilization, gathering of all classes of people, enhance social consensus, promote the strength of national solidarity.
Two is: Representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the People; improving the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism; implementing democracy, actively participating in building the Party, State and the political system.
Three is: Encourage people to actively compete, innovate, be creative, participate in socio-economic development, build and defend the Fatherland.
Fourth: Promote the role of mastery and self-management of the people, build a united, prosperous and happy residential area.
Fifth: Effectively implement people's foreign affairs activities and work of overseas Vietnamese.
Six is: Building the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations with a streamlined apparatus, effective and efficient operations; innovating the content and methods of operation; promoting digital transformation; improving the capacity of staff to meet the requirements of tasks.
