The conference was attended by more than 200 delegates, including representatives of member organizations of the Fatherland Front (FFC), the Advisory Council of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; outstanding individuals who are humanists, intellectuals, representatives of ethnic groups, experts in many fields; the Fatherland Front of localities; and cadres, party members, civil servants, and workers under the provincial-level Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
At the conference, all opinions were in high agreement with the draft political report submitted to the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress.
Delegates focused on discussing and contributing many enthusiastic opinions on key contents such as: building a clean and strong Party and political system right from the grassroots; orientation and targets for socio-economic development in the 2025-2030 period, in which science and technology, innovation and digital transformation are the driving forces; solutions to promote the key role of the Provincial Fatherland Front after the reorganization, continue to be a center of solidarity, strengthen people's trust in the leadership of the Party, contribute to building a beautiful, civilized, modern Quang Ninh, becoming a centrally-run city.

From July 10 to August 10, 2025, socio-political organizations and members of the Provincial Fatherland Front held 12 conferences to collect opinions, issued 8 documents, attracting 2,590 participants with 660 opinions.
At the local level, there were 662 conferences, 22 documents were issued, attracting more than 54,000 participants, contributing 2,842 opinions to the Political Report of the 16th Provincial Party Congress.
The consultation is implemented seriously, democratically, publicly, flexibly, effectively applying information technology, creating favorable conditions, attracting the participation of cadres, party members and people. This activity has become an extensive political activity, arousing the people's mastery, making a practical contribution to the Congress documents.
