Ho Chi Minh City - The Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tan Hung Ward (old District 7) pioneered the implementation of the AI virtual assistant "Ask - applied to Tan Hung Ward" to help people easily look up information.

In the context of Ho Chi Minh City operating a two-level government model and the population increasing dramatically after the merger, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hung Ward (old District 7) has quickly deployed the virtual assistant application "Ask - applied to Tan Hung Ward" using GPT technology.

The merger of administrative boundaries has made many people in Ho Chi Minh City confused and had difficulty finding information or a place to do procedures. Ms. Pham Thi Huyen, a resident of Tan Hung ward, shared: "After the merger, every time I go through any procedures, I have to find out which address to go to right now, which takes a lot of time".

Therefore, the appearance of the AI virtual assistant is considered a timely solution, bringing many benefits to Ms. Huyen and many local people. "Thanks to the virtual assistant, I can easily access information, work effectively and save more time," Ms. Huyen said.

The virtual assistant "Ask - applied to Tan Hung Ward" is built on OpenAI's ChatGPT platform, bringing many practical utilities:

Quickly answer questions about information on the organization of the ward apparatus (Party Committee, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front...).

Providing detailed contact addresses associated with the working headquarters and the Ward Public Administration Center.

Support the guidance of documents and procedures such as business registration, notarization, certification, helping people prepare fully and in accordance with regulations.

Look up decisions and resolutions related to the organization of wards, residential groups, and neighborhoods.

One of the outstanding advantages that people are most interested in is the ability to ensure the accuracy of information. Mr. Khau Thien Thanh, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Hung Ward, affirmed: "This GPT virtual chat assistant is built on the combination of many AI tools. We have the right to request the virtual assistant to only provide valid, tested information and only respond based on entered data." This helps effectively prevent the spread of unofficial information.

In case the virtual assistant cannot answer complex problems, the application will instruct people to contact the department directly or specific phone number for in-depth support.

With the population of Tan Hung ward reaching more than 150,000 people after the merger, the work of grassroots cadres is expected to increase significantly. The implementation of the AI virtual assistant is considered an effective solution to reduce this pressure.

The virtual assistant will represent the staff and the government to answer people's frequently asked questions quickly, even 24/7, even outside of office hours, holidays, holidays, and Tet. This significantly saves people's time and effort, while reducing the amount of repetitive work for the dossier receiving department.
