Presenting the money to the Central Relief Mobilization Committee - Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF), Mr. Na Ki Hong - General Director of Samsung Vietnam hopes that this amount of money will contribute to supporting people in the provinces to overcome the consequences of storms No. 10 and No. 11. Of which, 5 billion VND will be transferred to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to allocate to provinces and cities and the remaining amount, Samsung will directly donate to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of Bac Ninh and Thai Nguyen provinces, each unit 2.5 billion VND.
On behalf of the leaders and staff of Samsung Vietnam, I would like to express my deepest condolences that the two consecutive storms No. 10 and 11 have caused a lot of damage and loss to the people of Vietnam. We hope that Samsung Vietnam's contributions will help Vietnamese people quickly overcome the consequences of natural disasters, bringing the lives of people in affected areas back to normal soon," said Mr. Na Ki Hong, General Director of Samsung Vietnam.
Mr. Na Ki Hong added that along with this amount of money, Samsung Vietnam's factories are also launching support programs through many different forms of support; at the same time, he emphasized that Samsung is committed to always accompanying Vietnam to share the difficulties of the people.

Receiving the donation from Samsung Vietnam, Chairman Do Van Chien expressed his emotion and sent his sincere thanks to Samsung Vietnam; at the same time, he pledged that this amount of money will be allocated promptly, publicly and transparently so that people in the provinces have more resources to overcome the consequences of storms and floods.
Chairman Do Van Chien said that in recent days, to help people in the provinces overcome the consequences of storms and floods, the Party and State have allocated thousands of billions of VND to provinces and cities affected by storms and floods; along with the approval of the Politburo and the Secretariat, headed by General Secretary To Lam, the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front held a launching ceremony to support people affected by storms and floods. This amount will be allocated to localities to support families with housing, livelihoods to rebuild their lives and the implementation process will be supervised to ensure funding reaches beneficiaries.
Chairman Do Van Chien hopes that in the coming time, Samsung Vietnam will continue to develop and have more resources to take care of the social security of the staff in the Group and take care of Vietnamese people facing difficulties in life.
