In the history of our nation, every time the people are united, the country has made a miracle. Great solidarity - is a precious tradition, an undying strength of the Vietnamese revolution. Entering a new phase, geopolitical competition, shifting the global value chain, the impact of digital transformation... pose many challenges. At this time, great solidarity is not only a domestic pillar, but also a "soft power" to enhance the prestige and international position of Vietnam.
To promote that strength, the Fatherland Front needs to constantly innovate, listen and connect the people, ethnic groups, religions, and overseas Vietnamese. More importantly, all policies and guidelines must be built on the basis of strategic research, scientific data and practical evidence. This is the responsibility of the Institute of Strategy and Policy of the Front. The Institute must forecast trends early, analyze public opinion, and advise on policies for coverage. At the same time, the Institute must also do a good job of policy communication, bringing policies closer to the people, turning policies into beliefs and specific actions in life.
The Institute needs to become a " Strategic brain" of the Front's work: both advising, spreading policies, and contributing to training cadres with modern vision and skills. Great solidarity is an unchanging value. But the implementation method must always be innovative and creative. With the core role of the Front, along with the strategic advice and policy communication of the Institute, it will strengthen social consensus, promote the strength of the entire people, and build a prosperous and happy Vietnam.
I believe that the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Organizations for the 2025-2030 term will be a historic milestone, opening a new stage of development for the Front's work. The Congress not only affirms the courage, intelligence and aspiration for innovation, but is also a place to crystallize the belief, will and strength of great national unity. With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Creativity - Development", the Congress will certainly make correct decisions, strategic vision, creating a solid foundation for the 2025-2030 term and beyond.
From this important forum, I hope that the Front's strategic and policy research will be raised to a new level - both closely following the Congress Resolution and early forecasting trends, deeply analyzing public opinion, and creating inclusive policies. The Institute of Strategy and Policy of the Front will continue to be the core force, contributing to spreading the correct policies of the Party and the Front to the people, turning guidelines into beliefs and actions in daily life.

One of the breakthroughs for the 1st National Party Congress of the Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions for the 2025-2030 term is to focus on training, fostering, evaluating, arranging and effectively using the staff, especially the heads of Party committees, agencies and units; focusing on training cadres through practical activities. To achieve this, one of the important factors is the work of inspection and supervision right at the Party cell.
In fact, at the Trade Union Printing Company, improving the quality of inspection and supervision work at the Party cell is an important content, contributing to maintaining the Party's discipline, improving the leadership capacity and fighting spirit of the Party grassroots organization, while closely linked to the production and business tasks of enterprises. Inspection and supervision work focuses on compliance with resolutions, directives, regulations of the Party and State laws; the implementation of assigned tasks, especially key positions related to production, product quality, finance, management of State capital, occupational safety and hygiene and fire prevention and fighting; preservation of moral qualities, lifestyle, prevention of corruption and waste. Inspection and supervision work has contributed to raising the sense of responsibility of Party members, promoting exemplary spirit in production labor, practicing thrift, fighting waste, promptly correcting and reminding when there are signs of violations. One of the experiences is to encourage party members and workers to contribute comments and reflect on related issues in production and management. Party members need to frankly give their comrades their advantages and disadvantages, proactively consider, propose solutions to overcome and constantly improve themselves...
I believe that the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions for the 2025-2030 term will continue to make decisions on building a strong and clean Party organization through evaluating and training cadres from the grassroots.

The 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations for the 2025-2030 term is an important political event, taking place at a time when our country is entering a new stage of development, with many important resolutions and many strategic policies of the Party that have been and are being implemented.
As a member of the Board of Members, General Director of Vietnam Trade Union Tourism Company Limited - a unit under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, I feel more clearly the great significance of this Congress. Because the success of the Congress will be the foundation for the entire system of the Front, organizations, including trade unions and trade union enterprises, to have more strength, confidence, and specific orientation to successfully complete assigned political tasks, while increasingly taking better care of the material and spiritual life of workers.
I especially have full confidence that the Congress will orient new decisions, concretizing major Resolutions issued by the Politburo. These are Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 on breakthroughs in educational development; Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW dated September 9, 2025 on a number of breakthrough solutions, strengthening protection, care and improving people's health...
The issued Resolutions are, in my opinion, the "development pillars" for the country to enter a new era: Science - technology and digital transformation create a boost in productivity, education and training high-quality human resources, while taking care of people's health to ensure sustainable development. I believe the congress will concretize those Resolutions into practical action programs, associated with the needs of life and aspirations of the people.
For Vietnam Trade Union Tourism Company, we clearly identify our responsibility to accompany the great spirit and orientation of the Party. Trade Union tourism activities are not simply business, but also a political task of creating spaces for resorts, studying, training, and health care for union members and workers. When the Resolutions on science, education and health are implemented synchronously, we have more basis to invest in digital transformation in governance, developing green and smart tourism products, expanding health care services, culture and spirit, in line with the mission of the trade union enterprise.
I believe that the Congress will find outstanding personnel - comrades who converge courage, intelligence, and enthusiasm - to lead the movement in the new period. They will be the ones who know how to arouse the desire to contribute, know how to connect the strength of great national unity, know how to inspire innovation, so that the entire Front system and organizations can truly become a reliable bridge between the Party, the State and the people.
Before the congress, I am full of confidence that the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and Central organizations will not only be an event to summarize a journey, but also a milestone to open a new stage of development. That will be the period of breakthrough decisions, specific action programs, and companionship between the Party, the State, socio-political organizations and the trade union business community.
