Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) emphasized at the Conference on direct and online coordination with the Central Committee of socio-political organizations and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and cities on digital transformation and the Digital Front. The conference took place on the afternoon of September 16.
Reporting the results of the implementation of digital transformation activities and the Digital Front of the Office of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, in terms of institutions, at the central level, a Project for digital transformation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the period 2025 - 2030 has been developed, with a vision to 2035.
The Central level has issued Plan No. 07/KH-MTTQ-BTT dated July 24, 2025 of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on the overall implementation of digital transformation of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the period 2025-2027; Plan No. 12/KH-MTTQ-BTT dated July 25, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee on the implementation of Plan No. 02-KH/BCDTW dated June 19, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee; Plan No. 21/KH-MTTW-BTT dated August 8, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee on organizing a national online conference to deploy the platform "Digital Front" and training on " application in AIQ-level work".

Regarding infrastructure, at the central level, a survey has been conducted to assess the current state of infrastructure of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, central-level socio-political organizations and provincial and municipal Fatherland Front. On that basis, solutions to upgrade the network infrastructure system are proposed in the Project for Digital Transformation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Regarding software application, a number of software have been reviewed and deployed to serve the activities of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; reviewed the implementation of document management and operation software (Eoffice): ensuring connectivity and smoothness after streamlining the apparatus.
Regarding the "Digital front" platform, after 1 month of implementation, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels have actively and proactively implemented it. The updated list of villages, hamlets and residential groups: 34/34 provinces and cities have directed implementation; 2,280/3,321 (68.65%) communes, wards and special zones have created a list of villages, hamlets and residential groups under the arrangement; the total number of villages, hamlets and residential groups created is 61,223 units (67.64%).
Some typical units at 100% of the commune level have created village levels: Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Cao Bang, Ha Tinh, Hue, Quang Ngai, Tay Ninh, Ca Mau.
The updated list of provincial and commune-level Fatherland Front cadres: 34/34 provinces and cities have been updated; 2,237/3,321 (67.36%) of commune-level units have been updated. The total number of cadres of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at the provincial level is 7,108; the total number of cadres at the commune level is 270,176.
At the conference, representatives of the units raised the results achieved in digital transformation as well as the difficulties and problems encountered in the implementation process. The opinions also raised solutions to promote the reception and processing of people's feedback and recommendations through the Digital Front platform...
Accepting the opinions of delegates attending the Conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front noted that socio-political organizations need to speed up the integration of information and data systems into national systems and data; promote the reception and processing of people's reflections and recommendations through the Digital Front platform; promote propaganda work so that people know and reflect, recommend, and wish with the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels; promptly handle feedback and recommendations quickly and accurately, ensuring the satisfaction of each citizen.
Vice President - General Secretary Nguyen Thi Thu Ha also suggested that departments and units in the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations must consider digital transformation as a professional task, an important political task, a breakthrough in the work of the Front in the coming time; focus on implementing the operational management system, information system, shared database of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations, ensuring smooth operation from the central to local levels.
In addition, it is necessary to unify the data framework, evaluate the implementation of digitalization in the system, in the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; focus on training and improving the skills of training classes, provide in-depth training for the team of cadres and civil servants in charge of digital transformation work; have periodic and regular reports on the implementation of digital transformation work.
Vice President - General Secretary Nguyen Thi Thu Ha suggested that from now until December 2025, the Vietnam Fatherland Front system at all levels needs to focus on integrating information and data systems into the national database system; building a system for union members and association members; promoting the supervision and synthesis of public opinions in the digital environment; at the same time, digitizing core and interconnected operations in business operations and reviewing and upgrading technology infrastructure.
