On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27,47 - July 27, 2025), Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Trade Unions, Vice President - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front visited and presented gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, and people with meritorious services at the Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center.
At the program, Mr. Dao Thanh Hai, Director of Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center, reported a summary of the results of health care for war invalids and the subjects being managed at the center in the past time.
Accordingly, after 60 years of construction and development, the center has received, treated, and nurtured over 2,000 seriously ill soldiers. Currently, management, nurturing, treating, recovering and implementing policies for 143 people, including 60 comrades, wounded soldiers; 24 resistance fighters and children of resistance fighters infected with toxic chemicals; 59 people are social protection beneficiaries.
Due to its special nature, in addition to taking care of the health of those being cared for and treated, the center is currently also representing relatives of families worshipping 90 graves of war invalids in the unit's cemetery. When they return home to repair, meritorious people are welcomed, cared for, and nurtured by the center, and when they die, they are worshiped by a worship unit.

Speaking at the visit and gift-giving ceremony at the center, Vice President - General Secretary Nguyen Thi Thu Ha expressed her deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, families of people with meritorious services to the revolution in general, and those who are seriously wounded and sick soldiers who are being cared for and treated at the center in particular in the cause of fighting and defending the Fatherland.
Happy and excited that the center is increasingly spacious and clean, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha sent her best wishes to the wounded, sick soldiers, meritorious people being treated at the center and the team of staff and doctors who are always enthusiastic and responsible for their work.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha emphasized that along with the overall development of the country, the work of caring for and supporting meritorious people is increasingly receiving attention. In particular, Ninh Binh province has had many activities and policies to care for people with meritorious services.
Recognizing and praising the important contributions of the central and provincial cadres and employees in caring for and nursing meritorious people, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha hopes that in the coming time, the Fatherland Front Committee and departments, branches, sectors, and localities in the whole province of Ninh Binh will actively pay attention and organize many activities of " use of gratitude" as well as upgrade facilities so that each poor, sick soldier, policy families and meritorious people can receive more attention.
For the Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha suggested that the center continue to perform well the treatment, rehabilitation, dedicated and thoughtful care to stabilize health, ensure nutritional regimes, improve physical fitness as well as the best regimes and policies so that this place is truly a spiritual support and a reliable address for war invalids, sick soldiers and families of meritorious people.
For the wounded, sick soldiers, and meritorious people at the center, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha hopes that everyone will continue to promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, live happily, live well, and live usefully, always be a spiritual support for their children and grandchildren, an example for the younger generation to learn and follow.
On this occasion, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha presented a gift to the Nho Quan War Invalids Nursing Center and 143 gifts to the wounded, sick soldiers, and relatives of meritorious people being treated and given care at the center.
