On August 2, the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Ward Party Committee held a conference to give comments on the Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 1st Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Cong Quan - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Phuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Van - Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee; and leaders representing specialized departments and offices.
At the conference, the Party Committee Secretary reported the results of document preparation work, clearly stating the targets, key projects and breakthrough tasks in the coming term.
The delegates frankly gave their opinions on many specific contents, focusing on perfecting socio-economic development goals, ensuring national defense and security, Party building and the political system. Some opinions also proposed solutions to overcome the limitations in the previous term and create positive changes for the new term.
In his concluding remarks, Mr. Pham Cong Quan acknowledged and highly appreciated the enthusiastic and responsible opinions of the delegates, especially the former leaders of Hai Duong ward and city (before the merger). Mr. Quan requested the Document Subcommittee to absorb and complete the draft, ensuring it is close to reality, highly feasible, and contributes to the success of the 1st Ward Party Congress.
