At the headquarters of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, the working delegation led by Major General Le Van Trung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 4 - presented 38 tons of goods, including many essential items such as food, foodstuffs, drinking water, and household items.
The delegation also included Colonel Dinh Xuan Huong - Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of Military Region 4, Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Commander and Colonel Nguyen Van An - Political Commissar of Nghe An Provincial Military Command, and representatives of relevant agencies.
Receiving support, Nghe An province leaders include Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province Nguyen Dinh Hung and Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province Nguyen Duc Thanh.
The leader of Military Region 4 affirmed that this is an action demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love", promptly sharing difficulties with people in flooded areas, contributing to helping people soon stabilize their lives.
According to the plan, all goods worth more than VND2.06 billion will be directly transported by the working group to communes and villages heavily affected by floods, especially in the mountainous areas of the western Nghe An.
