Nearly VND450 billion, accounting for 87% of total resources, was mobilized through socialization from major donors such as the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security, Viettel Group, Vietnam Energy Industry Group, commercial banks, businesses, philanthropists, etc.
In each village, the community spirit is strongly promoted: people help each other transport materials, contribute working days, and support construction. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have closely coordinated in reviewing and verifying the correct beneficiaries, supervising the process of starting construction, accepting and handing over houses. Inspection work was organized in 47 rounds, focusing on disadvantaged areas to ensure quality and progress.
