On the eve of the great festival of the whole people, from the commune center to remote and isolated areas, election propaganda work is deployed synchronously in many forms. Thereby, contributing to raising awareness and arousing the spirit of responsibility of voters.
In the commune center, a system of banners, posters, and flags are hung red, prominently arranged with concise and easy-to-understand messages about the meaning and importance of the election as well as the rights and obligations of voters.
