In Ia Phi commune, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Rah Lan Chung requested Party committees and Party organizations to proactively grasp the ideological and public opinion situation among cadres, party members and people, and promptly detect and resolve problems arising right from the grassroots level.
Ia Phi commune has 14 villages with 5,727 households; ethnic minorities account for 64.4%. The commune's economy mainly relies on agriculture, with key crops such as coffee, rubber, and durian.
Administrative reform and digital transformation have clearly changed. 100% of administrative procedure dossiers are received online, 100% of documents are digitally signed and processed on the system.

The commune Party Committee has 25 directly affiliated Party organizations with 660 party members. From the beginning of 2026 to now, the commune has admitted 18 new party members, reaching 90% of the year's target; sent 55 outstanding masses to participate in Party awareness training classes and 25 reserve party members to participate in political theory training classes for new party members. To date, the rate of party members registering for the Electronic Party Member Handbook has reached over 93.67%.
At the working session with the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, the commune government proposed to pay attention to investing in rural infrastructure, transportation, irrigation, and domestic water; supporting the development of commodity production areas, linking consumption of agricultural products, OCOP products and community tourism.
The locality proposed that the province pay attention and work with Vietnam Rubber Industry Group to recover land to implement the planning of the commune administrative center and serve socio-economic development.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Rah Lan Chung acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by the commune Party Committee in the past time; especially the spirit of solidarity, unity, proactiveness, and responsibility of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee.
Mr. Rah Lan Chung requested the Commune Party Committee to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, build a clean and strong Party Committee; strictly implement the Working Regulations, maintain the order and living regime of Party committees and Party organizations.
Along with that, the locality continues to maintain and improve the quality of cultural, artistic, and sports movements; focusing on preserving, maintaining and promoting the cultural values and traditional identity of ethnic groups in the area.

In Quy Nhon Tay ward, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Rah Lan Chung requested the locality to innovate citizen reception work in a substantive direction, strengthen direct dialogue at the grassroots level to definitively resolve the situation of complaints and lawsuits.
Focus on thoroughly handling land problems from before the merger of the ward; resolutely prevent new violations of encroachment on public land, forestry land, mineral exploitation or illegal construction from arising.

Quy Nhon Tay ward is promoting its industrial advantages with 2 industrial parks, 1 industrial cluster and 97 operating businesses. The fields of culture, health, and education are focused on. There are currently no poor households in the ward.
The ward Party Committee currently has 24 directly affiliated Party organizations with 751 party members. In 8 months, the ward Party Committee has admitted 22/23 new party members, reaching 95.65% of the plan.
Regarding tasks in the coming time, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested to focus on fostering a contingent of cadres commensurate with the requirements of local governance that are on the path of rapid urbanization, especially in land management, planning, investment, finance and digital transformation.
In the field of socio-economic development, the locality needs to orient the construction of Quy Nhon Tay into a modern, synchronous and sustainable industrial - urban - service development area; closely coordinate with departments and branches to do a good job of planning, strictly manage land funds, and avoid spontaneous development.
