On September 3, the Trade Union of Tam Quan Ward (Gia Lai) said that it had organized a training course on Trade Union work in 2026 for 60 officials who are chairmen, vice chairmen, and accountants of grassroots Trade Unions managed by units.
At the training session, the speaker of the Provincial Labor Federation conveyed key contents on the functions and tasks of the Trade Union organization in the new situation; the work of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.
Trade union officials are guided in professional matters of propaganda and mobilization of union members; organizing emulation movements; building strong grassroots trade unions; implementing grassroots democracy regulations; skills in workingplace dialogue, negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements.
Through exchange, discussion and answering practical situations, grassroots Trade Union officials have more conditions to share experiences, remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of deploying activities at the grassroots level. Thereby, contributing to improving work handling skills and organizing activities towards union members and workers.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh - Chairman of Tam Quan Ward Trade Union - requested Trade Union officials to continue to promote the spirit of responsibility, proactively innovate the content and methods of operation; regularly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers.
Grassroots trade unions need to strengthen coordination with professionals, effectively organize emulation movements and key tasks, contributing to building a united, positive working environment and successfully completing assigned tasks.
