The Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Ho Chi Minh City have just organized a conference to inform about the establishment of advisory and assisting agencies of the Party Committee. At the same time, the Conference thoroughly grasped and oriented a number of key tasks in the coming time.
Attending and chairing the Conference were Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, city organizations, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, along with comrades in the Standing Committee, Executive Committee of the Party Committee and officials of advisory and assisting agencies of the Party Committee.
At the Conference, the Party Committee informed about the establishment of advisory and assisting agencies; assigned tasks to each agency, thereby gradually completing the organizational structure, ensuring that the Party Committee's activities are deployed synchronously, smoothly, systematically and effectively.
Speaking to orient at the Conference, Ms. Truong Thi Bich Hanh requested that immediately after the decisions are officially announced, each agency and cadre assigned tasks must urgently start working immediately, without leaving gaps or interruptions in advisory work.
The immediate focus is to review and improve working regulations, clearly assign tasks to people, work, responsibilities, and progress; proactively develop work programs and plans; improve the quality of advice to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Party Committee for key tasks from now until the end of 2026. In the process of implementation, advisory and assisting agencies need to strengthen coordination, information exchange, maintain principles, discipline, and order, and at the same time promote the spirit of proactiveness, responsibility and efficiency in each task.
The establishment of advisory and assisting agencies helps build a truly streamlined, professional, and task-oriented apparatus; thereby improving the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party organization and the quality of advising and organizing implementation throughout the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and city organizations.
