On the morning of May 5, at Trung Vuong Theater, Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies (NA Deputies) of Da Nang city had a meeting with voters in Hai Chau, Hoa Cuong, Thanh Khe, An Khe, Son Tra wards to report on the results of the first session, 16th National Assembly.
At the meeting, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu expressed his pleasure to meet and directly listen to the thoughts and aspirations of Da Nang voters after the success of the first session of the 16th National Assembly.

According to the report, the City National Assembly Delegation recorded a total of 44 groups of proposed contents from voters. Among them, 21 contents are under the jurisdiction of central agencies and 23 contents are under the handling responsibility of localities.
Speaking to a large number of voters, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu emphasized: "The opinions of voters are very heartfelt, responsible, frank and very specific and practical. We would like to acknowledge and absorb them to direct functional agencies to consider and resolve them promptly and thoroughly, so as not to let the situation of petitions drag on.
Referring to the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, the Standing Secretary of the Secretariat affirmed the Party's viewpoint of being persistent, resolute, and doing it regularly and continuously.
The viewpoint is that there are no forbidden zones, no exceptions. The Central Government will continue to strictly implement regulations on power control in personnel work. At the same time, promote inspection and examination of areas prone to violations such as land, public investment, and public assets" - Mr. Tran Cam Tu affirmed.
Regarding the work of building the apparatus, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat said that the Central Government will focus on building a modern, streamlined, effective and efficient national governance. The arrangement of the organizational apparatus must go hand in hand with streamlining staff, associated with job positions and especially promoting the responsibility of the head.
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat requests Da Nang city to be a pioneer in administrative reform. Currently, the Government is drastically requesting ministries and sectors to cut over 30% of administrative procedures, in some places it has been reduced by over 50%. Da Nang needs to implement it more strongly to create maximum convenience for people and businesses.
The Standing Secretary of the Secretariat said that the Central Government is very interested in perfecting the special mechanism for Da Nang in the spirit of Resolution 43 of the Politburo. The goal is to build Da Nang into a major center of services, tourism, logistics, innovation and high technology of the Central and Central Highlands regions.
Direct research and adjustment of salary and pension policies for retired officials, especially groups retiring before 1995. Periodically deploy free health screening for people at least once a year, with grassroots health as the focus.
Concluding the meeting, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu requested the Party Committee and government of Da Nang to innovate leadership methods, "saying one thing and doing another" and do it to the end.
The results of implementing the Resolution are an important measure to evaluate Party organizations and cadres. Where it is done formally, slow to implement, and low in efficiency, it will have to be reviewed, rectified and handled promptly" - the Standing Committee of the Secretariat emphasized.
He also believes that, with the tradition of solidarity, dynamism, and creativity, the Party Committee and people of Da Nang will successfully implement the set goals, making worthy contributions to the overall development of the country.
