In recent days, storm No. 10 (international name Bualoi) has made landfall in many provinces and cities in the Northern and North Central regions with strong winds, heavy rain, and widespread flash floods, causing heavy damage to many localities.
According to initial statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, storm No. 10 has killed at least 34 people and left 20 people missing; along with 40 others injured; 153 houses collapsed and completely collapsed; 154,565 houses damaged and had their roofs blown off. Thousands of hectares of rice, crops, perennial industrial crops and livestock were swept away, causing heavy damage to people's lives and production. In particular, many schools, health stations, and public works were destroyed, making the lives of people in the storm area countless difficulties.

Recently, from September 30 to October 1, 2025, a working group of Agribank led by Comrade To Huy Vu - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Board of Members directly visited and worked with branches in Nghe An to grasp the actual situation, direct the work of overcoming the consequences of storms and floods and visit and encourage staff, customers and local people. Within the framework of the program, Agribank has donated 5 billion VND to support social security work, support the government and people of Nghe An province to overcome the severe consequences caused by storm No. 10.
