On the morning of August 28, Lam Vien - Da Lat ward (Lam Dong) held the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) for the 2025-2030 term. This is the first commune-level congress of Lam Dong province in the new term.
The congress was attended by leaders of Lam Dong province, representatives of departments, branches, sectors, leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of the ward and 188 delegates representing all classes of people.
At the congress, Mr. Dang Quang Tu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Lam Vien - Da Lat Ward, suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Vien - Da Lat Ward for the 2025 - 2030 term thoroughly grasp the socio-economic development policies. At the same time, the unit needs to innovate the method of operation, effectively exploit resources and potential advantages of the locality to develop trade and services.
Mr. Dang Quang Tu also suggested that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Vien - Da Lat ward continue to innovate thinking and working methods, promote the application of information technology, and adapt to the digital society. Thereby, contributing to the propaganda and mobilization of people towards the whole people, comprehensively, with focus, key points, close to the reality at the grassroots level.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Vien - Da Lat Ward needs to build a team of frontline cadres that are of good quality, qualified, capable and prestigious to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province Pham Thi Phuc said that Lam Vien - Da Lat ward before and after the merger always clearly demonstrated its role and position as one of the central wards of Lam Dong province. The economy has grown well, the culture and society have made many improvements, social security and welfare are guaranteed, political security and social order and safety are maintained...
Ms. Phuc suggested that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Vien - Da Lat ward focus on building a united bloc, unifying the will and actions of the entire organization and agency. At the same time, the unit needs to promote propaganda and mobilization of people, effectively implement the Party's policies and resolutions, and the State's laws and policies.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee suggested that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Vien - Da Lat Ward improve the quality of social supervision and criticism. The focus is on issues of public concern, concerns or inadequacies in the operation of the two-level government.
At the same time, it is necessary to listen to voters' opinions and recommendations, promptly gather, reflect and propose to Party committees, authorities as well as competent agencies for consideration and resolution. In addition, the Standing Committee of the Ward Fatherland Front needs to continue to promote and improve the quality of patriotic emulation movements.
