On the morning of August 27, at the Hall of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province, the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Vien - Da Lat ward, term 2025 - 2030, held its first working session.
This is a congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level for the 2025-2030 term directed by the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province.
This congress was attended by 188 delegates representing member organizations and people of all walks of life in Lam Vien - Da Lat ward.
Attending the congress were Mr. Pham Trieu - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province; and Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province. Also attending were representatives of the leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of Lam Vien - Da Lat ward.
Here, the Congress held consultations to elect a Congress Presidium consisting of 7 members and a Congress Secretary consisting of 2 members. The Congress also discussed and approved the Congress Program, the Congress internal rules and the voting form in the Congress.
At the same time, delegates discussed and contributed opinions on the draft documents of the Congress; draft documents of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Lam Dong province for the 2025-2030 term; proposed amendments to the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front...
Mr. Pham Trieu - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province gave a speech directing this Congress.
Mr. Trieu emphasized that the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lam Dong province believes and expects to choose a unit to organize a congress for the whole province. This is a great honor, but also poses a higher demand for the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the ward and the delegates attending this congress.
On this occasion, Mr. Pham Trieu suggested that the delegates promote a sense of responsibility to actively participate in drafting the congress resolution. Along with that, the personnel of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the new term of the ward must comply with the Charter and democracy so that the Congress can be successful with the highest quality.
According to the program, the Congress will take place in two working sessions on the morning of August 27 and the morning of August 28. The entire development of the second working session will be broadcast live to 123 connecting points in communes, wards and special zones in Lam Dong province.
